RETURNS OF COSMETICS

If you arę not satisfied with your purchase, you could send it back within 14 days from the moment of parcel reception. You do not need to appoint return reason during this time. The condition of return is is that you provide us with undamaged products in their original packaging together with a return form.

Follow these steps:

  1. Pack the products you wish to return
  2. Enclose invoice 
  3. Send us an e-mail with information about return with return parcel tracking number
  4. Send the parcel to the below address:

The refund will take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement and products, to the same form of payment that was used to pay for the order.

CLAIMS

  1. Damaged package

If you notice that the package shows signs of damage or third party interference, write down the appropriate complaint protocol in the presence of the courier, and in the case of parcels delivered to a paczkomat, leave the parcel unopened in the parcel locker and complete the instructions in accordance with the instructions displayed on the parcel locker screen.

If you find damage to your shipment later than upon receipt, please send a report to the following email address hello@hocuspocus.me, together with order number and pictures of damaged products. We will do our best to solve the situation as soon as possible. 

  1. Incomplete parcel

If, when unpacking the shipment, you find that the ordered product is missing, please send us an e-mail application to hello@hocuspocus.me, which will include:
– order number
– in what carton and with what tapes the package was secured
– whether the shipment has damage or traces of interference by third parties

  1. Damaged product

If the product delivered to you is damaged, please send us an e-mail report to hello@hocuspocus.me, which will include photos of the received package and the following information:
– order number
– details of the damaged product
– in what carton and with what tapes the package was secured
– whether the shipment has damage or traces of interference by third parties
